These terms govern your use of the Golfmark website and waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to these terms. Golfmark is currently in pre-launch; features described on the site are in development and may change.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in early access and lets us send you launch updates. It does not create an account or any obligation to provide the service, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it through automated means without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Golfmark name, branding, and site content are owned by Golfmark and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimer & liability
The site is provided "as is" during pre-launch, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Golfmark is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.
